Split Decision II - This is the 2nd of a set of two pieces made from two halves of a Sweet Gum tree where three branches came together. One branch was rotted out and the other two were highly colored by the moisture invading the tree. I split the log down the middle and created two almost identical natural edge bowls.. They are designed to sit next to each other in a matching (opposite) pattern. They are both finished with multiple coats of oil and wax so they are food safe and can be used for candy, nuts, fruit, or just for display. Click Last for the matching bowl.
